Yunhong Art Studio offers classes for students of all ages. Our classes are structured towards creativity, skill and collaboration. No matter what program, students will learn fundamentals skills as well as advanced techniques. Our classes are welcome to artists of all ages and skill levels!

Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up.
Yunhong Art Studio's small sized classes exposes students to a wide variety of skills and mediums:
Drawing
Our drawing program is targeted for children ages 5 and up and combines the fundamental theories of art with imagination. Targeting creativity and expression. students will learn to portray their ideas through a variety of mediums while utilizing artistic techniques.
Pencil Sketch
Our sketch program generally gardets students ages 8 and up and allows them to approach art from a technical perspective. Students acquire skilles in line techniques such as hatching and cross hatching, shading, and tone. Artists will also learn to analyze complex structures with proportioning techniques and develop fundamental knowledge of lighting.
Painting Program
Our painting program allows both beginning and advanced students to explore a different medium: paint. From impressionism to romantic art, students will be able to learn a vareity of brush techniques and colour theory to create a their own masterpieces.
Sculpture
Our sculpture program provides the opportunity for students to apply what they have learned to a different medium, uniting their ideas with all three dimensions. In addition to learning how to approach a three-dimensional artwork, texture, and spatial awareness. Techniques include plaster sculpting and clay modelling.
Digital Art Program
Our Digital Art Progam allows students to apply modern technology to visual arts. After understanding fundamental concepts, students will learn to use computers as a tool. Artists will understand how to use programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to augment their knowledge of graphic design, color theory and structural analysis to apply to real world uses.
